1. Passed STPM with at least Grade B (GPA 3.0) in three (3) of these following subjects :

1. Chemistry
2. Biology
3. Physic/Mathematics and

Obtained CGPA of not less than 3.50 and

Passed with B in Chemistry, Biology, Physic, Mathematics /Additional Mathematics and one other subject in SPM or equivalent examination

and

MUET Band 3

2. Passed Matriculation (Ministry of Education)/Foundation in Sciences UiTM (Asasi Sains UiTM)/PASUM with at least Grade B (CGPA 3.0) in three (3) of these following subjects :

1. Chemistry
2. Biology
3. Physic/Mathematics  and

Obtained CGPA of not less than 3.50 and

Passed with B in Chemistry, Biology, Physic, Mathematics /Additional Mathematics and one other subject in SPM or equivalent examination

and

MUET Band 3

3. Passed Diploma in Sciences/Diploma in Microbiology/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology/Diploma in Pharmacy from UiTM at least CGPA of 3.50

and

Passed with B in Chemistry, Biology, Physic, Mathematics /Additional Mathematics and one other subject in SPM or equivalent examination

and

MUET Band 3

4. Passed General Certificate of Education Advanced (“A”) Level with grade BBB, ABC or AAC in three (3) of these following subjects :

1. Chemistry
2. Biology
3. Physic/Mathematics and

Passed with B in Chemistry, Biology, Physic, Mathematics /Additional Mathematics and one other subject in SPM or equivalent examination.

and

MUET Band 3

5. Passed International Baccalaureate (IB)

Obtained 30 points with a minimum of two (2) Science or Mathematics subjects at Higher Level (HL) and one (1) Science subjects at Standard Level

and

Passed with B in Chemistry, Biology, Physic, Mathematics /Additional Mathematics and one other subject in SPM or equivalent examination

and

MUET Band 3

Health Status

Applicants to clinical programmes need to provide evidence to the University that they are free from Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C upon acceptance into the programme.
